Our Hand Painted Moroccan Sink features a rich design, vibrant black and white colors, and exceptional quality. This white ceramic basin is renowned worldwide, crafted in Fès, the ancient capital of ceramics.

For generations, pottery has been carefully handmade, maintaining a tradition that has persisted for centuries in this royal city. Several skilled artisans collaborate with us to select the design, color combinations, and patterns according to our specifications.

Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process of our Hand Painted Moroccan Sink involves several steps:

  1. Hand Shaping: Initially, the pottery is shaped by hand on traditional potter’s wheels. A colored base is applied depending on the model, followed by firing in a kiln.
  2. Meticulous Painting: Next, the basin is hand-painted with carefully chosen floral or geometric motifs.
  3. Glazing: The basins are then glazed to seal and harden them before undergoing a double firing process.

Each of our oriental basins is entirely handmade, making every piece unique. Almost all our Moroccan ceramic basins are painted inside and outside. Each basin is compatible with a standard siphon.

Maintenance

The hand-painted motifs are resistant to wear. Clean your ceramic basin with a soft cloth or sponge, warm water, and a mild detergent. Rinse cleaning products with running water and dry thoroughly. Clean areas around the faucet and joints with a toothbrush, avoiding abrasive cleaners whenever possible.
